In view of this, the Environmental Protection Agency has formulated this plan in order to protect the rights and interests of the people and facilitate the people to exercise their legal rights.

4、Applying for Legal Aid Eligibility Restrictions
(1) Agency for applying for legal advice, drafting of legal documents, relief, mediation, adjudication, and civil mediation (mediation): no resource limitation.
(2) An agent applying for a civil lawsuit must meet the capital restrictions: the applicant's disposable assets do not exceed NT$3 million (the same below), and the monthly disposable income does not exceed 80,000 yuan.
